" Vettaiyan" is tamil language action drama film directed by T.J Gnanavel and produced by Subas karan's  Lyca Productions.

The film stars Rajanikanth , Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati , Manju Warrier , Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan , Rohini , Rao Ramesh , Ramesh Thilak , Kishore , Rakshan , G.M Sundar , Sabumon ,Abhirami , Supreeth Reddy , Shaji Chen and Anirudh Ravichandar . It is the thirtieth production for the studio and marks Tamil debut of Amitabh Bachchan.
